3. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

When communicating with us or providing information about your property, you must ensure all content is accurate, complete, and does not violate any third-party rights. You may not provide content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Age Restrictions and Requirements

If you are arranging services for a property you do not own, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so. We are not responsible for disputes between property owners and tenants, landlords and property managers, or any other third-party relationships.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
